Jerica Casper is a remarkable early childhood educator, gifted with a unique ability to connect with children on a profound level. Her superpower lies in forming authentic connections and fostering trusting relationships, which she passionately shares with others who are willing to embrace the magic she sees within each and every child. Through her work, she strives to teach the value of celebrating everyday successes together and how it can transform lives.
With an unwavering commitment spanning 18 years, Jerica has dedicated herself to empowering, supporting, and mentoring both children and caregivers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a specialization in early childhood development from the University of Utah. For 7 years, she taught early learners and mentored aspiring teachers at the campus lab school.
Jerica possesses extensive knowledge in various teaching philosophies, practices, behavior strategies, emotional intelligence, and neurodiversity. Jerica’s expertise and passion make her a trusted advocate for creating nurturing and enriching environments where children and caregivers can thrive. Her unwavering dedication to building strong connections has made a positive impact in countless lives, inspiring others to embrace the magic of celebrating each child’s unique journey.
Jules Watson is a passionate, strategic, joyful educator who has been teaching since 2014. She has in-depth teaching and therapeutic experience with children from 14 months to 16 years old. Jules built her Neuroscience B.Sci around child and teen neural development, which guides every move she makes as an educator and allows for her unique ability to get right to the root of behaviors. Before teaching, Jules worked in Westminster College’s Coaching & Mentoring Center providing mentees with the best possible college and career mentoring experience.

She knows that connection is the foundation for learning and the key to building this connection is intentional communication. She communicates with her whole being - fully committing to to the engagement with each child so they know immediately that they are seen, heard, and valued.
